In our fit-out and refurbishment division, the Logistics and Supply Chain Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain management systems. Collaborating closely with the Supply Chain Manager and fellow team members, you will be instrumental in procurement, supplier engagement, and process enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Evaluation: Supervise the evaluation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for subcontractors and consultants on-site, ensuring peak performance levels. Feedback Coordination: Gather and manage performance feedback from teams regarding our supply chain, proactively addressing any issues raised by stakeholders or suppliers to ensure seamless operations and mitigate project risks. Relationship Development: Build and sustain strong relationships with partners to gain insights into their capabilities and capacities. Data Insights & Reporting: Create detailed reports and analyses on various supply chain management metrics, offering insights into supplier financial health, workload distribution, and performance. Utilize data to pinpoint areas for enhancement and implement effective solutions. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to refine and improve supply chain processes, adopting best practices and innovative strategies. Communication & Assistance: Support the Supply Chain Manager in delivering regular key business updates to our supply chain. Procurement Assistance: Aid the procurement team in issuing orders, verifying accuracy, managing discrepancies, and communicating order status and updates to relevant teams. Compliance & Risk Oversight: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations, identifying and mitigating risks within the supply chain.
