Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) - Mental Health/ Addiction Rehabilitation Hospital

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) to join our team at a leading national provider of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and caring for patients with a range of mental health conditions, including treatment for depression, as well as drug and alcohol addiction treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and care for patients with mental health conditions
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the needs of patients
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements:

  • Relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD)
  • Valid NMC registration with no restrictions or referrals
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • Minimum of 6 months mental health experience as a nurse in the UK
  • Strong team-working skills
  • High level of self-motivation and flexibility
  • Positive attitude and naturally caring and compassionate
  • Commitment to high-quality care and values-based practice
