About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our residential sales team in Paisley. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for carrying out viewings for our sales properties and identifying new opportunities to help our customers through our other products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct viewings for sales properties and identify new business opportunities
  • Work in line with our compliance requirements to ensure a high level of customer service
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase sales and revenue
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a proven track record of success
  • Previous estate agency experience is desirable but not essential
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
