Cleaner Role Overview

Norse Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Cobholm Primary Academy in Great Yarmouth. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out basic cleaning duties, including mopping, hoovering, and emptying bins.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
  • Build relationships with clients on site and provide excellent customer service.
  • Carry out routine checks and follow health and safety procedures at all times.
  • Report any issues or defects on site to the relevant authorities.

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning or caretaking experience is desirable.
  • Knowledge of basic site health and safety is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients on-site.
  • Confident working independently to your own initiative.
