Key Responsibilities- Assist with patient personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- NVQ or NQF equivalent Level 2 Training in health care and social care.
- Experience of working in a health or social care setting for 6 months.
- Holds a driving license.
