We are seeking a skilled Lettings Valuer to join our team at The People Pod, a dynamic and ambitious agency in the UK's luxury living sector. As a Lettings Valuer, you will play a vital role in managing a stunning portfolio of properties and contributing to the growth of our investment services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data-driven pricing strategies to optimise investor returns and maximise portfolio value.
  • Provide market insights and forecasts to assist investors in making informed decisions, ensuring alignment with current market trends.
  • Negotiate rental offers between landlords and applicants, balancing their interests and ensuring smooth transitions from property completion to market launch.
  • Collaborate with landlords and tenants to finalise rental agreements that meet investor expectations and drive business growth.
  • Offer pricing guidance to the Property Management team for rent reviews and renewals, ensuring seamless communication between departments.
  • Set renewal terms in line with current market conditions and landlord objectives, facilitating efficient property transitions.
  • Oversee marketing strategies for new builds, ensuring successful lettings and driving business growth.
  • Develop targeted marketing plans to attract high-quality tenants for newly completed units, leveraging market insights and competitor analysis.
  • Act as the primary contact between the completions and lettings teams, ensuring seamless property transitions and minimising delays.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to enhance efficiency and drive business growth.
  • Assist with viewings and other lettings tasks as needed, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with premium clients and investors, providing valuable insights and expert advice.
  • Conduct research on local property markets and rental trends to provide actionable insights and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical abilities with the skill to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • 3+ years of experience in property management, lettings, or real estate investment analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, balancing the interests of both landlords and tenants.
  • In-depth knowledge of property markets, including rental trends, valuations, and investor expectations.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive base salary of up to £40,000.
  • Yearly bonus potential of up to £9,000.
