About Law Staff Ltd
Law Staff Ltd is a prominent legal practice recognized for its exceptional services in the commercial property domain. Our Commercial Property division is dedicated to providing exemplary legal counsel and solutions to a varied clientele. We are in search of a seasoned and proactive Solicitor to lead our Commercial Property team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and oversee the Commercial Property team, ensuring the provision of superior legal services.
  • Manage a diverse and intricate portfolio of commercial property transactions, encompassing acquisitions, disposals, lease negotiations, and development initiatives.
  • Offer strategic legal guidance on all facets of commercial property legislation, including landlord and tenant issues, property financing, and planning submissions.
  • Draft, assess, and negotiate a comprehensive array of commercial property documentation, such as contracts, leases, and agreements.
  • Execute thorough due diligence, including title investigations and property searches.
  • Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients, developers, agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to all pertinent legal and regulatory standards.
  • Mentor and support team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Contribute to business development and the expansion of the Commercial Property division.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Qualified Solicitor with over 10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
  • Extensive expertise in all areas of commercial property law.
  • Proven success in managing complex commercial property transactions.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle a busy and varied caseload with minimal oversight.
  • Proficient in legal practice management software and other relevant technologies.
