Role Summary

Are you skilled in building surveying and property maintenance within a Housing Association or Local Authority? Do you possess the capability to advance in your career? If you have experience with Schedule of Rates and measurement techniques, coupled with a commitment to delivering Value for Money, you may be the ideal candidate for the role of Assistant Building Surveyor at Peabody.

Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our operational team, you will assist in the management of Peabody's repair, maintenance, and property services. Your contributions will support the execution of daily and significant repairs, disrepair issues, void properties, and planned preventative maintenance. You will collaborate closely with Building Surveyors to ensure effective operational delivery in your designated area.

Essential Knowledge

Understanding health and safety regulations and relevant legislation is crucial for this role. You will also aid in overseeing a variety of contractors, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and performance indicators.
