Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Air Export Clerk to join our team at Willis Global Ltd. as an Air Export Operator. This role will involve handling air export freight forwarding operations from start to finish for our global customer base.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Quoting and providing competitive pricing for air export services.
  • Dealing directly with shippers and overseas agents to ensure smooth operations.
  • Preparing and submitting exports customs entries in a timely manner.
  • Generating accurate and detailed invoices for clients.
  • Completing varied exports air freight jobs from start to finish, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Occasionally arranging road freight shipments, entries, and T1 declarations as required.
  • Participating in an on-call rota, which may include weekend coverage, to ensure 24/7 support for our clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in air export freight forwarding, with a strong understanding of customs regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Commercial awareness and a strong understanding of the logistics industry.
