• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks and food items that meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area and surrounding environment.
• Process payments and handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date with brewing methods, beverage blends, and food preparation techniques to continuously improve our offerings.
• Monitor and report any maintenance needs for brewing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Represent One Retail and maintain a positive brand image through excellent customer service and a professional demeanor.
• Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations at all times.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
• A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent timekeeping and reliability, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and expectations.
