Automotive Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Executive to join our team at ACS Automotive Recruitment Consultancy. Our client, a successful automotive dealership based in the Berkshire area, is looking for a candidate who is not only brilliant with people but great at building up relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Achieve agreed sales targets for new and used vehicles.
- Build trust, communicate effectively, and exceed customers' expectations, leading to loyalty and referrals.
- Maintain and accurately record all customer contact details.
- Handle all customer queries and complaints and ensure they are resolved to achieve customer and company requirements.
- Respond to queries from new and existing customers relating to vehicle sales.
- Develop and maintain a specialist knowledge of manufacturer vehicles.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive within the motor trade.
- Ability to follow a sales process to achieve targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent selling and negotiating skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
