Lead and Innovate in a Dynamic AV Environment

Zenith is seeking an experienced AV Activation Director to spearhead our award-winning team of media buyers. This role offers the opportunity to manage a high-performing team, drive impactful campaigns across diverse platforms, and contribute to Zenith's continued success in the ever-evolving media landscape.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Strategic AV Activation: Oversee the development and execution of cutting-edge AV strategies for a prestigious client roster. This includes managing campaigns across TV, BVOD, SVOD, CTV, and Cinema platforms, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with client objectives.
  • Relationship Management & Negotiation: Cultivate strong relationships with sales houses and planning teams to secure the best possible value for our clients. Proactively negotiate deals and identify innovative opportunities within the AV marketplace.
  • Market Intelligence & Team Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, sharing valuable insights with your team to maintain a competitive edge. Provide guidance and mentorship to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive AV Expertise: Proven track record in managing successful AV campaigns across various platforms, including TV, BVOD, SVOD, CTV, and Cinema. Deep understanding of the current media landscape and emerging trends.
  • Team Leadership & Client Management: Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and guide high-performing teams. Strong client management experience, including the ability to effectively communicate complex information and build lasting relationships.
  • Media Audit & Financial Acumen: Experience in managing client budgets and financial reporting with accuracy and attention to detail. Confident in handling audit processes and ensuring compliance.
  • Programmatic Video Knowledge: Familiarity with the programmatic video ecosystem and its impact on AV strategies.
