Job Title: Worldwide Tailormade Travel Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to join our team at C&M Travel Recruitment. As a Worldwide Tailormade Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for selling luxury travel products to customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Put together holidays for worldwide travel destinations, including Africa, South America, Asia, India, and cruises.
  • Maximise sales opportunities through up-selling, cross-selling, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Identify customer needs through consultative selling and offer tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Requirements:
  • Recent experience in the travel industry, preferably from a retail travel agency or travel call centre.
  • Experience in a targeted travel sales environment.
  • Good knowledge of worldwide travel destinations, adventure travel, or cruise experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Good multitasking and organisational skills.
  • Understanding of GDS travel systems (training provided for the right candidate).
What We Offer:
  • Salary: £21,000 - £25,000 per annum.
  • Commission: approximately £1,500 per month.
  • 20 days' holiday plus bank holidays and the option to buy extra holidays.
