Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Experience in one-to-one or small group tutoring for students requiring additional educational or pastoral assistance
  • Ability to accept guidance and constructive feedback positively
  • Experience in inclusion units, special settings, or alternative provisions
  • Familiarity with supporting students with special educational needs, undiagnosed challenges, disengaged youth, or looked-after children.
