About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Law professional to join our team at Squire Patton Boggs. As a key member of our Construction & Engineering practice, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on all aspects of construction and engineering projects, from project inception to execution and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on standard forms of UK contracts, including NEC4 and JCT, as well as international forms such as FIDIC and IChemE.
  • Provide expert guidance on dispute resolution, including litigation, arbitration, and ADR.
  • Work closely with our Projects and Infrastructure team on a range of infrastructure projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, potential clients, and advisers.
Requirements
  • Qualified lawyer with a strong track record in Construction Law.
  • 2+ years of post-qualification experience.
  • Commercial attitude, confident and proactive approach, good people skills, and ability to work as a team player.
  • Interest in business development and potential for individual advancement within the team.
