Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our clients, supporting them with daily living tasks and promoting their independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to clients in their homes and communities
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Support clients with complex needs, including tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate records and reports, as required
Requirements
