Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Charity Retail Sunday Sales Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing stock, operating the EPOS system, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and rotate stock to ensure a visually appealing store environment
  • Operate the EPOS system and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Contribute to the efficient running of the store, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Participate in visual merchandising and pricing activities to ensure the store is presented in a visually appealing manner

Requirements

  • Must be 18 or over
