About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our client's team on a temporary to permanent basis. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing credit control for all UK depots, ensuring timely payments are received.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of credit control for all UK depots, ensuring timely payments are received.
  • Proactively chase outstanding payments, maintaining a positive and professional approach.
  • Send out reminder letters to customers, ensuring clear communication about payment deadlines.
  • Resolve any payment queries, working collaboratively with team members and clients.
  • Utilise the bespoke Microsoft system D365 and Excel to efficiently manage credit control tasks.
