About the Role

Taylor Root is seeking an experienced Funds Paralegal to join their London office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment management and a proven track record of working with leading law firms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of company formations and filings with regulatory bodies
  • Coordinate signatures on relevant documents and follow up on filings with external sources
  • Perform company searches and maintain accurate records
  • Draft minutes and prepare board resolutions
  • Prepare board packs and liaise with offshore counsel
  • Maintain funds and other relevant databases
  • Perform KYC searches and retain relevant information
  • Assist with client audit request letters
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience working with a leading law firm in their Funds practice
  • Strong knowledge of investment management and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
