Your Role

As the Front Office Supervisor, you will spearhead the Front Office operations, ensuring that every guest receives an outstanding experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer inquiries and booking requests with promptness and professionalism.
  • Maximizing revenue opportunities while maintaining high service standards.
  • Overseeing the recruitment and ongoing development of the front office team, setting clear objectives and providing regular feedback.

What We Seek

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Prior experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software, particularly Opera.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for enhancing guest experiences.
