About the Role

Norgine is seeking a highly skilled Supply Planner to join our team. As a Supply Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement supply plans to meet customer demand and ensure service level requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing sites to maintain scheduling and deliveries.
  • Manage inventory levels and develop strategies to optimize stock holding and reduce waste.
  • Chair and manage monthly Supply Review Meetings with manufacturing sites.
  • Participate in and support activities required to run the monthly S&OP Executive meeting.
  • Develop and implement rough cut capacity planning (RCCP) capability.
  • Simulate supply scenarios to mitigate risks and optimize the supply plan.
  • Accountable for the implementation and management of inventory policy to deliver the supply roadmap.
  • Respond and communicate on supply risks with customers in a timely manner to avoid out of stocks.
  • Lead the prioritization of orders with various functions such as Quality, Logistics, and Customer Services.
  • Ensure all planning parameters on systems are accurate and up to date.
  • Support continuous improvement activities such as root causing and implementing counter measures.
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level in a relevant field.
  • Extensive experience in a Supply Chain Environment (Manufacturing, Planning).
  • Strong understanding of the fundamentals of inventory management and capacity management.
  • Experience planning in an environment that uses an integrated ERP.
  • Ability to work with large data sets in MS Excel using Power Queries and Power Pivots.
  • Understanding of supply chain planning parameters, master data, and master data integrity and quality.
  • Excellent communications and collaboration skills to manage a multitude of customers and key partners, both internal and external to Norgine.
  • Natural attention to detail, aptitude for problem-solving, and presentation skills, and ability to build effective relationships at all levels in an organization.
  • Comfortable working in a high growth and fast-changing environment.
