Job Title: Team Leader Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Engineering team at Kingston College. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of our Engineering programmes, ensuring that our students receive the highest quality education and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the delivery of Engineering programmes, ensuring that curriculum standards and outcomes are met.
  • Organise and coordinate delivery teams, contributing to the development and implementation of Quality Self-Assessment and Improvement plans.
  • Teach on programmes and act as a tutor for student groups, taking responsibility for their academic and pastoral care.
  • Monitor and support at-risk learners to achieve or exceed their potential.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree or relevant professional qualification in Engineering or a related field.
  • Have excellent current teaching skills in Engineering.
  • Experience of successfully leading and managing FE and/or HE programmes.
  • Ability to monitor and support at-risk learners.
