Location: Hampshire

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in the acute wards of an NHS hospital in Hampshire. As a key member of our multidisciplinary therapy team, you will work closely with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nurses, and assistants to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to patients in the acute wards
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized patient care plans
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of therapy programs

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the HCPC as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience working in acute care settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
