Position Overview
The Catering Services Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering exceptional food service within the healthcare environment. This position involves:
  • Ensuring a high-quality catering experience for patients, staff, and visitors as part of the support services team.
  • Taking food and beverage orders efficiently from all hospital stakeholders.
  • Assisting in the preparation and presentation of meals to meet the needs of our diverse clientele.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in all catering areas on a daily basis.
  • Understanding and adhering to health and safety regulations during food preparation and service.
  • Delivering restaurant and room service in alignment with established service standards.
Work Environment

Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for candidates who possess:
  • A Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate for Catering (if not already held, training will be provided).
  • Prior experience in catering (preferred).
  • A customer service qualification or equivalent (preferred).
