Your Role as an Order Picker

As an Order Picker at DCS Group, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurate Picking: Picking goods from inventory using scanners provided by our Warehouse Management System.
  • Safe Palletizing: Stacking goods on pallets in a safe and secure manner, minimizing stock damage.
  • Stability Assurance: Building and shrink-wrapping products on pallets to ensure stability during transportation.
  • Equipment Operation: Operating warehouse equipment in accordance with Health & Safety guidelines.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • PPT Training: You must be trained to use a PPT and hold a current license.
  • Warehouse Experience: Previous experience working within a warehouse environment.
  • Numerical Skills: Strong numerical ability to ensure accurate picking and handling.
  • Team Focus: Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
