About the Role

PWD Connect is a dynamic staffing and recruitment agency serving the midlands region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects within the secondary school curriculum.
  • Support students with their learning, providing guidance and encouragement as they progress academically.
  • Supervise students during lessons, maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to create engaging and interactive learning activities catering to diverse student needs.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students requiring additional assistance with their studies.
  • Uphold school policies and procedures, promoting positive behavior and maintaining discipline within the classroom.
  • Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering a sense of community within the school.
