About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Building Surveyor to join our team in Manchester. As a Junior Building Surveyor, you will work on a variety of projects in the Industrial and Commercial sectors, providing technical support to on-site teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site inspections and compile detailed reports identifying defects or issues within properties
  • Work closely with senior team members to gain valuable experience and knowledge

  • Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Junior Building Surveyor with a RICS accredited degree in building surveying
  • Full UK drivers license to travel to different sites nationwide
