Job Opportunity: Commercial Insurance Account Handler with a focus on Marine Cargo
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join our team at IDEX Consulting Ltd. As a hybrid Commercial Insurance and Marine Cargo Account Handler, you will be responsible for servicing commercial insurance accounts and Marine Cargo cases. You will be allocated an existing portfolio of clients, where you will build on long-standing relationships, service through MTA and renewal, and also re-broke on occasion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts and Marine Cargo cases
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Provide risk management advice and services to clients
- Work closely with the risk management team to identify and mitigate risks
- Meet or exceed client expectations through effective risk management advice
Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of experience in the commercial insurance market
- Passion for developing a career within logistics insurance
- Track record of managing a portfolio of business and exceeding client expectations
- Ability to manage a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in London and 2 days from home
