Job Title: Registered General Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team at Monnow Vale Integrated Health and Social Care Facility in Monmouth. As a Registered General Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to patients, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent care.

Job Summary:
  • Provide therapeutic care and support to patients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Administer medication, review and plan care for patients, and implement care and treatment plans.
  • Liaise with other professionals to deliver care to patients, including families.
Requirements:
  • Must be an RGN with at least 6 months UK experience.
  • Hold a valid NMC PIN.
  • Up-to-date training certificates.
  • UK Resident.
  • Right to work in the UK.
