Job Title: Legal Assistant - Plot Sales

JS Legal Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Legal Assistant to join their Plot Sales team. As a Legal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Plot Sales Team and Legal Manager/Assistant Legal Manager/Conveyancers with Plot-related transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dealing with variation agreements, freehold reversion transfers, consents, deed of covenant, and other legal agreements as directed
  • Providing legal advice and support to the Plot Sales Team
  • Assisting with legal research and tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Conveyancing experience desirable, although candidates currently working in a Legal Assistant role who would like to progress their career in property will also be considered
  • Law Graduates with a keen interest in developing a career in property will also be considered
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel are essential
  • Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must
