About the Team:

Role Overview:

The Senior Test Manager will be responsible for the quality, planning, execution, and reporting of End-to-End (E2E) testing for various Capital Markets implementations. This includes functional, performance, and security testing within the client environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement test strategies for clients, working closely with the implementation and development teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align on quality and scope of implementations.
  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end testing activities, including functional, performance, and security testing.
  • Create and maintain test cases based on requirements and use cases.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing, performance testing, and security testing.
  • Coordinate defect management cycles with the implementation team, development, and clients.
  • Provide regular reporting and metrics to project managers.
  • Collaborate with test automation team to build out automation portfolio.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field, with extensive experience in agile project management and/or E2E testing. They will also have a strong understanding of E2E processes and financial product testing cycles, as well as proficiency in JIRA and test automation tools.
