About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Postal Courier to join our team at Pertemps. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering parcels and mail to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sort and prepare mail and parcels for delivery
  • Operate a hand-held computer device to capture customer signatures and track deliveries
  • Deliver parcels and mail to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
Requirements:
  • A full UK manual driving licence (in your current UK address), with no more than six penalty points is essential
  • A clean driving licence is preferred
  • Ability to work Saturdays - 5 days out of 7
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
