Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivery of Palletised Goods: You will be responsible for delivering palletised goods to customer locations across the UK, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Loading and Unloading: You will load and unload goods via the curtains or loading bay, and may occasionally need to move pallets with a pump truck.
  • Vehicle Safety and Maintenance: You will ensure the safe and legal operation of your vehicle, guaranteeing that the vehicle has been loaded correctly prior to leaving site.
  • Reporting Issues: You will report any issues regarding delivery or vehicle/trailer defects to the transport office.
Requirements:
  • Full UK Driving Licence: You must hold a full UK driving licence with category C+E entitlement.
  • Driver Qualification Card: You must hold a valid Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC).
  • Digital Tachograph Card: You must be in possession of a valid Digital Tachograph Card.
  • Penalty Points: You must have no more than 6 current penalty points.
  • Driving Record: You must have no DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements with a conviction date within the previous 5 years.
