Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team at PriceSenz. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the direction and priorities of our leadership team in the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic interdisciplinary programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement project plans, assign project resources, timelines, and detailed work plans.
    • Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are assigned and deadlines are met.
  • Project Analysis and Reporting
    • Identify, document, and monitor potential risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project success.
    • Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans for high-risk issues.
  • Project Budgeting and Tracking
    • Coordinate with team members to ensure budgets are adhered to.
    • Ensure projects have standard documentation, including project charters, schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
  • Knowledge Management and Best Practices
    • Develop project management standard operating procedures (SOPs) based on analysis of established policies.
    • Develop standardized project management templates, tools, resources, guides, and training materials.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with leadership, project stakeholders, clients, sponsors, and other key individuals or organizations.
    • Facilitate communication and cross-collaboration across teams and organizations.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Skills
    • Project management, website content management, meeting minutes/summary reports, executive-level support, meeting coordination, data analysis.
    • SharePoint, MS Office.
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Certified Change Practitioner.
