Job Title: Polish Speaking Senior HR Manager

Language Matters Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking a skilled Senior HR Manager fluent in Polish to join their team.

This is a permanent position with a hybrid work model, requiring 50% of the time to be spent in the central London office and 50% working from home. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

The successful candidate will oversee HR operations for the Northern European region, managing international payroll for 9 countries and handling general HR matters for overseas staff. They will also collaborate with fellow HR Managers to streamline and improve HR processes.

About You:

To be a successful applicant, you will be a great communicator with diplomacy at all times, inspiring and collaborating with your colleagues. You will have a solid background in international HR management, preferably in the Northern European market, and experience in managing international payroll. You will also be fluent in Polish, written and spoken, and have strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters diplomatically.

Key Requirements:

  • Fluency in Polish, written and spoken
  • Additional fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Solid background in international HR management, preferably in the Northern European market
  • Experience in managing international payroll
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters diplomatically
