- Assist the Health and Safety team and management in organizing documentation and administrative tasks related to safety inspections, reporting to stakeholders, and providing feedback to staff.

- Coordinate necessary safety training for the organization.
- Record incidents and hazardous occurrences for the Health & Safety team.
- Exhibit strong communication skills and foster relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar fast-paced environment.
- Proficient IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
- Capability to operate effectively within a large, multi-site organization.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to maximize productivity.
