At Alina Homecare, we're seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Live-in Care Worker in Salisbury. As a Live-in Carer, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing personalized support and care in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide companionship and social interaction to our clients, helping to combat loneliness and isolation.
- Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Manage medication schedules and ensure clients take their prescribed medications as needed.
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks, promoting a balanced diet and independence.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
- Accompany clients on errands and outings, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring clients' safety and comfort.
We're looking for someone with a caring and positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills. As a Live-in Carer, you'll have the opportunity to develop new skills, meet new people, and benefit from training and development opportunities.
As a member of our team, you'll work in your local area, but also be required to travel to clients' homes across the South of England. If you're passionate about providing high-quality care and making a difference in people's lives, we'd love to hear from you.
