Job Purpose

  • To support the efficient and effective delivery of key Medical Affairs governance and operations projects and activities across the KKI region, while developing the student's experience and knowledge of working within a global specialty pharmaceutical company.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the delivery of key Medical Affairs projects and activities, such as advisory boards, medical education meetings, and collaborations with patient or healthcare organizations.
  • Provide project management support to drive delivery and optimization of Medical Affairs processes, including evidence generation, medical information, and medical engagement.
  • Develop and implement management monitoring and quality assurance for Medical Affairs activities to ensure compliance with KKI standards and statutory regulations.
  • Support the generation and update of scientific communication materials, such as therapy updates, medical information responses, and medical science liaison materials.
  • Assist in the development and generation of reports, metrics, and dashboards to monitor the performance of KKI Medical Affairs and progress against annual objectives.
  • Organize and participate in communication of Medical Affairs activities across teams and the wider UK business.
  • Help maintain internal medical databases.
