Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Freelance Site Manager to oversee the construction of a retail store, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the construction process, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed to the required standards.
  • Supervise and manage a team of contractors and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and site rules.
  • Manage and maintain site records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met.

Requirements:

  • SMSTS certification.
  • CSCS certification.
  • First Aid certification.
  • Asbestos Awareness certification.
  • Proven experience working on construction projects, particularly retail store fit-outs and refurbishments.
