Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Surveyor to join our client's team in Chichester. As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for project delivery and project management from start to finish. Your expertise will be utilized in contract administration, fire safety and fire risk assessment work on external walls, schedules of work, condition surveys, and professional services work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project delivery and project management from inception to completion
- Contract administration and negotiation
- Fire safety and fire risk assessment work on external walls
- Schedules of work and condition surveys
- Professional services work, including occasional work on industrial manufacturing, education, and commercial projects
Requirements:
- MRICS Qualified or very close is essential
- Minimum of 3-4 years' experience with another consultancy or client-side
- Relevant degree or qualification in Building Surveying
- Full driving license
- Able to commute to Chichester one day per week, minimum
