About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Residential Care Team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading shifts, providing guidance and support to front-line practitioners, and working closely with senior managers to ensure the well-being of children and young people in our care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead shifts and provide support and guidance to front-line practitioners
  • Work closely with senior managers to ensure risk assessments and related management plans are implemented effectively
  • Take responsibilities as a keyworker and attend meetings and reviews as required
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve outcomes for children and young people in our care

Requirements

  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Evidence of continued professional development
  • A full driving licence and willingness to drive
  • DBS clearance
