We are seeking a highly skilled Civils Foreperson to join our team at NRL Recruitment. As a Civils Foreperson, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct site investigations to identify utilities and potential hazards
- Develop and implement risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment
- Lead a team of civil engineers and technicians in the execution of projects
- Coordinate with electrical teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress and site activities
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in civil engineering
- SMSTS certification and First Aid training
- Electric CSCS Shea Power and CSCS Gold Card
- Timber & Shuttering Supports Systems and Trailer and Towing License
- Ability to physically lift, dig, and carry equipment, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
