Job Summary
£30,000 to £40,000 plus bonus and benefits
CBC Resourcing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Payouts Executive to join our client's growing team. Our client is a well-established bank providing a broad range of financial products to their customers.
The successful Payouts Executive will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Operations team in processing daily work queues.
- Preparing and submitting documentation for payout, ensuring adherence to legal, financial, and credit requirements.
- Administering live agreements and performing general administrative tasks related to Customer Services and In-life Operations.
- Carrying out contract validation, customer due diligence, and other related processing tasks in line with current business policies and key internal controls.
- Ensuring adherence to key controls, including working within the current signature list, clear desk policy, and completing compliance training within deadlines.
- Logging customer complaints and ensuring all New Business Agreements are reviewed and executed within given timescales.
- Maintaining accurate data in IT systems to ensure high-quality portfolio data.
- Taking ownership of contract-related problems and using resolution skills to progress New Business Agreements efficiently.
- Performing general file maintenance and updating the bank's accounting system and information databases to enable the production of high-quality management information and reporting.
