Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Dentist to join our team at Medmatch, a prestigious dental practice in the UK.

About the Position:

  • Full-Time vacancy with a competitive package and fantastic earnings potential.
  • Immediate start with a guaranteed income of £400-450+ per day for Locum Dentists.
  • Opportunity to manage both NHS and private diaries, with a focus on general dentistry and a mix of private and NHS work.
  • Supportive team including Experienced Clinicians, Dental Nurses, Dental Therapists, and Dental Hygienists.
  • 50% revenue split on all private work, with high patient demand and a recently transitioned to 50% private revenue.
  • Free on-site parking and a modern practice with state-of-the-art equipment and facilities.

About the Practice:

  • High patient demand in an affluent area, with a focus on providing excellent patient care and a positive work environment.
  • State-of-the-art equipment, including digital x-rays, endodontic tools, and an OPG machine.
  • Modern practice with a dedicated practice manager, six qualified dental nurses, a student dental nurse, two dental hygienists, and support from a dental therapist.
  • Access to NHS pension, sick pay, and paid parental leave, as well as relocation and visa support, bespoke induction, and funded 12-month clinical mentorship.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Dentist with a strong track record of providing excellent patient care.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on providing excellent patient care and a positive work environment.
