About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Property Maintenance Engineer, based in the Salcombe area. As a key member of our Regional Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence in property maintenance, ensuring consistent standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage direct and 3rd party maintenance teams to deliver operational excellence at a local level.
  • Ensure consistent operational standards in cleanliness, maintenance, service delivery, and guest check-in.
  • Develop and implement new ways of working to enhance operational practices.
  • Manage 3rd party maintenance suppliers to deliver excellent operations to owners and guests.
  • Build a strong employer/contractor brand locally.
  • Use data to inform and optimize quality, reliability, and cost of service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Experience in property repair, maintenance, or a related field.
  • Ability to manage and motivate contractors.
  • Experience in making decisions using data to drive change.
  • Creative approach to operational problem-solving.
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver projects from beginning to end.
  • Full, clean driving license.
