Job Title: Care Assistant - ThursoWe are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual to join our team in Thurso, Caithness. As a Care Assistant, you will provide support to a lady who lives independently in her own home, working with a tailored care and support plan to meet her individual needs.
The lady we support enjoys going for walks, meeting up with friends, and engaging in activities such as Scottish music, cinema, and pampering sessions. She values kindness and fun in her relationships and has a lovely home with a large garden and summer house.
Shift patterns are between 9am-9am, with one shift per week, flexibility required including weekends. There will also be scope for overtime cover. You will provide support in all aspects of daily living, and previous experience of autism would be beneficial.
We are seeking someone who is kind, patient, and able to provide a male or female support worker, as this is a genuine occupational requirement.
