About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for process improvements, machine reliability, waste control, and quality of the finished product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects to improve process efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to design, re-design, and develop process equipment
  • Organize, implement, maintain, and improve production process flows
  • Drive a continuous improvement culture and Lean manufacturing techniques throughout the business
  • Investigate customer quality concerns and implement corrective actions
  • Identify opportunities to reduce production costs and implement process changes

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Continuous Improvement / Production Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer / Process Engineer role
  • Educated to HNC level (or equivalent) in an Engineering discipline
  • Lean Management certification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and 2D/3D CAD software
  • Proven track record of implementing improvements in processes and operational effectiveness
