Claims Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Claims Handler to join our team at Unum UK. As a Claims Handler, you will play a critical role in managing and investigating claims to support our customers and develop strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively manage and investigate claims to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, senior executives, and other stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex claims issues.
- Analyze and investigate claims data to identify trends and anomalies.
- Develop and implement effective claims management strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce claims costs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in IT systems and reporting tools.
- Previous experience in claims handling or a related field.
