We are seeking a skilled CAD Design Technician to join our dynamic team at Tate. As a CAD Design Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project managers to deliver high-quality CAD drawings.
Key Responsibilities- Provide detailed 2D CAD drawings using AutoCAD Lite, managing up to 10 layers.
- Liaise with project managers to ensure accuracy and timely completion of drawings.
- Make necessary revisions to drawings based on project changes.
- Work with architects, catering specialists, and other third parties as required.
- Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Attend site visits when needed to gather information and ensure project accuracy.
- Assist other members of the CAD team when required.
- Maintain drawing folders according to company standards.
- Perform any other duties as directed by the project manager or team leader.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Lite 2D is essential, with experience handling drawings up to 10 layers.
- Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage a changing workload.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with project managers and third parties.
- Meticulous attention to detail, particularly with equipment schedules and filter sizes.
