About the Company:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the credit risk collection strategy to drive business growth and minimize losses.
- Monitor and report on high-risk customers to prevent arrears and default.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain exposure to different areas of the credit risk lifecycle.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in collections and credit risk management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SAS or SQL.
- Ability to drive insights and strategy from customer analysis.
- Experience working in consumer lending is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
